Greeting Creekside Family,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I hope you enjoyed a summer filled with joyful moments, meaningful experiences, and time with family and friends. As we begin a new year, I am excited to continue serving as Principal of Creekside High School and to build upon the incredible legacy of excellence that defines our Tribe. As Georgia’s first AVID National Demonstration High School, we remain committed to providing every student with rigorous academic opportunities, meaningful relationships, and a clear pathway to success beyond graduation.

At Creekside, our motto—“Your Path. Your Pursuit. Your Tribe.”—guides our work each day. We believe every student deserves the opportunity to discover their unique path, pursue their goals with purpose and determination, and be supported by a community that is fully invested in their success. Whether a student's aspirations include college, career, military service, entrepreneurship, or another postsecondary opportunity, our commitment is to ensure every graduate leaves Creekside with a well-defined plan and the skills, confidence, and support necessary to achieve it.

Over the past several years, we have continued to strengthen our culture of excellence through high expectations, continuous improvement, and a relentless focus on student achievement and belonging. Our success is rooted in the collective efforts of our students, staff, families, and community partners, all working together to create a learning environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As educators and leaders, we embrace the belief that excellence is not a destination but a continuous pursuit, challenging ourselves each day to better serve our students and meet their evolving needs.

This year, we will continue to focus on providing rigorous and relevant learning experiences, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring that every student feels seen, valued, and connected. By aligning our efforts around our shared vision and our One Tribe. One Playbook. commitment, we will prepare students not only for graduation but for success in life beyond Creekside.

I am honored to partner with our parents, staff, students, and community as we begin another exciting school year. Together, we will continue moving Forward with P.R.I.D.E., celebrating our achievements while pursuing even greater levels of excellence for every member of the Tribe.
